“Just that you could smell smoke cigarette”
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, which was a real plus. The downside was that, despite being a non‑smoking property, cigarette smell seeped through the ventilation and even lingered in my bedroom. They really need to sort out the air system if they want to keep the smoke out.
