Breakfast was good, the restaurant absolutely delicious—kudos to the chef. The staff were very nice and courteous, creating a cozy atmosphere. The secluded setting was beautiful, very quiet, especially at night, and dark enough to see the starry sky. The place is very dog‑friendly. The suite was large, with a big shower, high ceilings, and plenty of space, providing excellent comfort. We first went to the sauna and then to the lake, hooray. It suits every season.

“Lugnt och speciell miljö.”

Toppenfrukost. Mysig miljö. Gammal skola. Frukosten serverades i klassrummet. Fina rum och fräscha duschar. Det fanns ingenstans att äta middag. Hotellet hade paus i restaurangen. Lågsäsong i mitten av oktober och kanske inte lönsamt att hålla .ppet? Vi åkte ett par mil för middag till Plau am see, mysig liten stad med flera restauranger

Great bed, huge rooms, tasteful décor—everything was beautiful.

The accommodation in the old castle annex was stylish and unique, with special details that made it worth the experience. A skylight above the bed let in light and sparked imagination about what could be seen from there. The location is a bit off the main road, so the only dining option is essentially the hotel’s own restaurant. The dining room has an intriguing décor featuring stuffed animals that might be a bit confusing. The bill might surprise you, but the food was really tasty.

“Eine schönes Hotel für ein We”

Overall, it was lovely, especially the food which was amazing. I would have imagined a slightly different atmosphere around the premises.
