I’ve stayed here before and every time the service has been great, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and I would definitely come back.
Kaz the host was brilliant; I have bad legs and he happily changed rooms to suit my needs. Overall he’s a very nice man. Free parking was available, Wi‑Fi worked in the room, and we’ll be returning. I’m a big guy and couldn’t fit in the shower cubicle, which is a common issue at most BnBs for me, and I was hoping to get a bath in my room.

The spot was spot on, staff and owner were lovely, but the room could have used a bit of TLC even though it was clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here; the hotel sits in a quiet area on the south shore, a 2‑minute walk to Pleasure Beach, and we were lucky enough to book a parking space with our reservation. The room was a good size and breakfast was amazing, so we would happily stay again. If I had to nitpick, one of the beds could use a new mattress.

The place sits close to Pleasure Beach, away from the noise yet still within walking distance if you want to explore. The owner was very polite and friendly, even challenged our son to a game of pool. Breakfast was top‑class and kept us energized for the day. The room was clean but clearly in need of an upgrade: wallpaper was peeling in spots, the toilet seat top was broken, and the sink was damaged (fixed with duct tape). They offered us another room because of the sink issue, but we chose to stay and everything turned out fine.
