“Lux feel not far from town.”

The hotel is a 10‑minute ride from the town centre, yet the riverside setting is tranquil. I liked the smaller annex building with its own pool. The constant background music even outside the grounds was annoying. The restaurant was pricey, and the spa that was advertised was closed. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but a loud wedding venue nearby kept us up.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel with a lovely staff, but it lacked a certain atmosphere you'd expect from a 5-star establishment. Although the cleaning services were a bit inconsistent, the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, which made up for it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I was impressed with the hotel's generous facilities and super-friendly staff, and the breakfast was excellent. However, I did notice that the pool had sharp edges, which posed a risk of injury.
