The staff were friendly, but the room was tiny for the price we paid. We had to wait a long time to get into the room after arriving at the reception at 1 pm. The cleaning was subpar, with low‑quality tea bags and towels. The food was just average, and the hotel is far from Netaji metro station, leaving us very disappointed with everything at Hotel Aston International, 75 Harish Mukherjee Road, Kolkata.

There were no light bulbs in the bathroom, the hot water didn’t arrive on time, and there was no parking space available.

The bedding was old and in terrible condition, as were the towels, and the room didn’t meet my expectations at all.
