The breakfast was fresh, served at will for groups or solo, and the homemade jam was tasty. The hostess offered loads of tips about our stay, places to visit, and restaurant addresses. The old religious building has a soul, but it really needs a complete refresh.

The hostess, the pool, and the breakfast were great. The room wasn’t really clean. The wooden floor around the pool needs upkeep, and some areas are split, which could hurt your feet.

The breakfast was sensational, and the hostess was very friendly and eager to share the house’s history. She let us in before the scheduled time. The pool is lovely in a beautiful setting, and it’s very close to Carcassonne’s old town by car and has parking. I liked everything.

The place was very charming and gave us the feeling of being in a good time. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bath in the enormous 65‑year‑old pool was a wonderful, refreshing experience. Agnes is a meticulous host. The breakfast was varied and excellent, and her cassoulet is a must‑try. It was hard to find, but whenever we had a problem, Agnes solved it. If you want to go all out, an AC would be the cherry on top, but there are fans in each room and the evening air is so pleasant.
