The stay was comfortable.
“Very bad and not as expected after paying good money for the stay (overall of 3 nights)”
Location. We arrived at 8 pm while traveling with 2 kids. The room that was given to us was not organized and ready. When approaching the front desk we were told that it is our problem, because we ordered with booking and not directly. No one will clean it and there are no other rooms available and if we want we can leave. After insisting, another guy came and helped us. He cleaned the room and only then we entered. Instead of having the room at 8pm we got it around 10pm with tired kids. Although the first guy apologized later the feeling was awful and ruined the stay

The spot was great, the room was spacious and the lighting was strong and pleasant. The window didn’t block the street noise well, and the overall issue was the connecting door between rooms.

The location and parking were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was large, very comfortable, and the beds were excellent. However, the floors and carpet in our room felt dirty; the bottoms of my white socks were filthy after walking around for 5‑10 minutes.
