First, the view of the river was spectacular, the food was excellent, the facilities were beautiful and comfortable, and the price was great; we would have liked someone who could speak Spanish, as the young woman on the second floor who worked at the exchange spoke English and a little Spanish.

The location was good. The hotel couldn’t issue a receipt because I booked via Booking, and they said if you booked somewhere else you have to get the receipt from that place.

I liked the spot near Ciao Raya and the size of the hotel and rooms. I didn’t really enjoy the mattress comfort or the old appliances; the whole décor felt a bit dated.
