HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES DALLAS PLANO NORTH by IHG

Everything was good … the customer service was very good.

“Restful, satisfying stay enabling you to do what you travelled for”

It had a “Wonderful” or higher rating when I booked with lots of reviews, and it met that expectation. Remember this is a Holiday Inn Express and not a Ritz or Four Seasons. It was a very good example of the brand that provides me values I care for. Clean, comfortable and a caring staff. When the maintenance man tries to make conversation with you asking if you could sleep well and if the room was quiet, management is doing something right!

“MUY BUENA”

Cleanliness, breakfast and lunch with egg and bacon, cinnamon roll juice with a glass client very tasty. But what I liked most was the coffee and its machine that prepares it. The staff needs more courtesy and better service attention.

“I will stay here again”

Breakfast was excellent

“Excelente precio y calidad de servicio”

Good breakfast, although it would be great if more variety could be offered or the variety changed each day, because we stayed 6 days and it became too repetitive. The pool closes too early.
