“Słaby -dobrze ze więcej czasu byłem na STOKU”
The meals were good and the kitchen was rated 5, very good food, the pool was well maintained but the water had a lot of chlorine. The jacuzzi was great, only the hot water didn’t work, only cold water was available. The saunas were excellent and in good condition, nice to use. The reception service was bad. We arrived on Sunday around 16‑17, the opening time was 16, we spent half an hour at the reception with no one coming to us. I got angry and went to the kitchen, the kitchen lady called somewhere and gave us the room keys. It was a disaster. No information about breakfast times, lunch times, where the pool is, where the playroom is – we had to look and ask other people for three days. The first time I went to the reception, no one was there until Wednesday when someone appeared, supposedly the owner. The first question was which room I was in because I didn’t think the person had paid. He checked and said okay, there was a prepayment through the internet for the whole stay. Playroom – there is a table tennis table but no net and the paddles are without rubber. The ball machines cost 2‑5 zł each, I put in 3 balls out of 10 – disaster. I also tried the cymbergaj for 2‑5 zł, it didn’t work, finally it turned out it wasn’t plugged in. Someone noticed the money was lost, I plugged it in, put in 2 zł, it still shows nothing on the display, no time or results. The rooms were a tragedy – they were under renovation, the beds were uncomfortable, there was no night silence, the walls were paper‑thin, everything squeaked. In the room there were only two sockets positioned so you couldn’t even boil water in a kettle. The parking was very small, and when it snowed you couldn’t leave the hotel, no one warmed anything or sprinkled snow. We had to leave the hotel with a lot of people telling us to leave.
