The breakfast was adequate, though I prefer a salty breakfast more. The walk was quite close or a short stroll. I most appreciate the communication and the care of the owner; she could set an example. I have nothing to complain about, except the tiny shower cubicle, but that’s not the owner’s fault—just mine.

The location is great, just a 4‑minute walk from Lamezia Terme Nicastro station and close to Old Town and shops like Conad. From Nicastro station you can take the regional train to nearby towns. The host is incredibly engaged and communicative. The room is fresh and well‑equipped, and we had a very good stay!

The room was very clean and comfortable (even the mattress and the choice of a traditional or orthopedic pillow were new to me). All the necessary amenities—fridge, hair dryer, TV, cleaning supplies—were available. The location is superb (2 minutes on foot from Nicastro station and 5‑10 minutes on foot from the main city sites). The owner asked daily if everything was fine and also recommended good places to eat; on the first day she left an umbrella for us because of the rainy weather. There were no shortcomings; everything met my expectations.

The bed was very comfortable. The owner responds very quickly and efficiently to any question. It’s close to Lamezie Nicastro train station. There is plenty of food for breakfast. Highly recommend.

The picture matched the actual room, the bathroom was spotless, the bed was cozy, and the mini‑fridge was handy—everything worked out perfectly.
