The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly – they really made me feel at home. I loved the cats, especially the little kittens that added an extra touch of magic to the stay. I missed the pool, though, because I arrived when it was cloudy 😅

Nothing was good. The cafeteria was bad.

It was mediocre. The staff could be better.
