Mimma’s attentive care was always there, and the place’s location was great with very comfortable rooms.

The place is flawless—everything works out perfectly. It’s close to the station and surrounded by plenty of eateries, just a short walk from Spaccanopoli and other attractions. The room on the third floor is spotless, and the windows provide excellent soundproofing, except for one Friday night when the music was loud enough to seep in, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. The host is friendly and very nice. Nothing negative.

Mimma was an outstanding host. Even though B&B Similia Residence sits on the busy Via Toledo, the accommodation felt like a quiet refuge. We chose a quadruple room overlooking the inner courtyard, so street noise was nonexistent. I would definitely return to Naples and book B&B Similia again. The Trattoria del Olio, right across from Similia, is worth recommending for its pizzas and lively owner. No negatives—everything was fine.

The place is clean, close to everything, and the owner is very kind. The elevator is paid for during the day. The breakfast is average, and the Wi‑Fi speed is slow.
