“Very nice place”

I liked it very much. I slept in the bottom room, street level, so I had direct access to the kitchen, washing machine, and toilet. I never met the person living on the upper floor. The room isn't small; two people could fit with a small luggage, but they'd need to be close because the shower is IN THE ROOM. The shower is quite large, even for 2m tall people. Great contact and a very helpful owner. The air‑con was great, and the bed was great. I would stay there for a month if I could. Too much useless stuff taking up space; I know it's a private house but I'd suggest packing less to leave more room for guests. There's also some thick dust in some spots. Still, a great place to stay if you don't need to splurge.

Very authentic-looking place, super good location in a quiet neighbourhood. The air‑conditioning turns back on 20 minutes after turning it off, probably programming but I didn't ask the owner about it. The bed was a little short for me (185 cm).

“Amazing stay for these, who love to live same way like local lives.”

A tiny house just a stone's throw from Tokyo's main center offered an unbeatable price. We rented the entire local‑style home, getting a genuine taste of living with locals. The staff were exceptionally friendly, even though they didn’t speak English. The only hiccup was a minor issue with the air conditioning because we didn’t understand the manual, but it was a small inconvenience.
