“Expected Better of a Marriott”

The location is right next to a grocery store and restaurants. I encountered broken glass, a strong unpleasant odor, and no coffee creamer options, so I had to get coffee elsewhere; they said they were out. I was also immediately approached when I entered.

The hotel was nice, with good amenities and a clean, pleasant room.

“Decent”

Breakfast was very good, but the maintenance man slipped into my room with a pass key—apparently he didn’t know it was occupied—and the next day I found ants in the room; I took a picture and showed it to the desk receptionist.

Convenient and clean, but the breakfast left something to be desired: no fruit selection and the eggs tasted fake and were barely edible.

“Pleasantly suprised and exceeded expectations”

The breakfast selection was great, rooms were clean and the presentation was good, yet I couldn’t find any ice machines on the second or third floor, so I’m not sure if the hotel was still being remodeled.
