The price isn’t high, which is the only good thing. The interior feels cramped, the cleaning is poor, and the air‑conditioner doesn’t work properly (no fan direction). When booking, the clicked spot differs from the actual place, so double‑check.

Only the location was okay. We were very disappointed: the first room had mold on the walls and a horrible smell. After requesting a new room, the second one smelled strongly of cigarettes and had a dirty bathtub. The lighting was extremely dim, giving the room an uncomfortable vibe. We didn’t feel at ease at all. We booked four nights but left after one to find another hotel.

The price is cheap. The bathroom and toilet are separate, but the bathroom has no door, so it’s inconvenient if multiple people share a room. The pipe under the sink leaks, the lights are very dim and one bulb doesn’t work, and the AC feels like it’s off even when turned on. 🙁

The location is excellent, just a two‑minute walk from the metro and many restaurants and convenience stores. The new building is clean, the apartment is spacious, well‑furnished, and perfect for a three‑person stay.
