The showers were great and the service was quick; the location couldn't be better. I had to walk on the street from the 2nd floor exit of the Sheraton to reach the metro on the ground floor, which was understandable because it was early morning, but it would have helped if the metro exit were open.

Breakfast had a nice spread, the hotel is close to the mall, the room was spacious, and the TV had many channels. I wonder if there's a way to register as a member.

The location is very convenient with direct access to the mall and the metro.

The hotel is exceptional because it is creative in service and offers many facilities, such as a special lobby that serves Arabic coffee by a wonderful staff member, a varied breakfast buffet with a beautiful view on the fifth floor, a gym, and a pool—all located inside the Emirates Mall, and the room is clean, renovated, and room service is excellent. However, there is no such exceptional service.
