“Buena experiencia pero con un Susto”

The security was solid, the suite was well‑arranged, the equipment in the suite was good, and the jacuzzi and sauna were great. However, the housekeeping was careless, didn’t restock supplies, and didn’t clean the coffee maker. The front desk staff gave wrong info about the shuttle bus stop and I missed it. They wouldn’t call a taxi for me; the tourist info finally helped and called a taxi just in time, which should have been the hotel’s job. We used an Esim for data, not calls.

The location was great. The breakfast, though, was mediocre for the price of the room.
