The breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful, the rooms were nicely designed, and the location by the Kurpark is very quiet. The rooms are spacious enough. The bathroom has been renovated, yet it shows a somewhat poor state of upkeep.
The location is convenient, within walking distance of the city and restaurants, and the breakfast is good. However, the mattress was too soft and sagged in the middle, and the pillows were super soft and difficult to use. The room was advertised as having a coffee/tea maker and kettle, but none were present; when I asked at reception, they only sent me a kettle and a mug.

The beds were great, the bathroom was lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was truly outstanding. Almost everything was perfect, except for the balcony: someone below me was smoking, so I had to close the window, and someone on the hallway was talking loudly on speakerphone, which I couldn't help but notice. The owner can’t control that.
