I’ve never been to Istanbul before, and this place will definitely be my go‑to whenever I decide to visit again. A huge shout‑out to Benjamin – he welcomed us like special guests and made us feel right at home. He helped arrange a birthday cake for our daughter’s coming of age, and that was just the start because he was incredible throughout our stay. We had a pre‑ordered dinner on a ship from back in Bulgaria, but it was denied; Benjamin stepped in and we managed to pull off a perfect birthday celebration. Also thanks to Anita, who assisted with the cake and everything else we needed. We even forgot to thank them for the room we received – it was much larger and more spacious than we had booked. Cleanliness, comfort, and an amazingly friendly vibe are the small but essential things that make a hotel great. Thanks, Hotel Bestyur! I’ll be back soon! Everything was perfect.

I stayed at the hotel for 10 days and 9 nights and was truly impressed by the entire staff’s kindness, warm welcome, and professionalism. A special thanks goes to Benjamin, Khalil, Anita, and Tamara, who were always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help whenever I needed something. They made me feel comfortable and genuinely helped make my stay enjoyable and stress‑free. I appreciated their kindness, availability, and the way they always listened and assisted me with everything I needed. Thank you so much for turning my stay into such a pleasant experience.
