“Passable, but problem comes with hot water (NOTE: Please add a geyser for 24 hours hot water supply)”

The room and attached washroom were spacious, clean, and neat, worth the money and passable overall. The location is a bit tricky for grabbing food, and the hot water is only available from 7:30 to 9:00 am, which is inconvenient in this hill station where temperatures drop sharply and nearby attractions like Pykara, Coonoor, or Mudumalai are a short drive away, requiring an early start; dealing with ice‑cold water in that context makes little sense, but everything else is quite reasonable.

The location was fine, but everything else was terrible: unclean beds, broken toilet seats, no hot water before 7:30 am, and bugs on the bed (spider, bees, ants, and mosquitoes). We left within an hour, booked another hotel, and would like a Rs 1400 refund.

The building garden was nice, but getting to downtown was difficult.

The spot was in a good area and the balcony offered a nice view, and the exterior looked tidy and attractive. However, the room itself wasn’t clean, flies buzzed around, there was no kettle, and we had to lug our luggage when checking out because the host didn’t answer our calls.
