I was grateful for Dwayne’s attentiveness to my family and me, turning an uneasy stay into a comfortable one, but the room itself was a nightmare: I requested a partial mountain‑side view, yet received a cramped space with a small square cut into a thick wall that forced us to crawl into a hole just to see out the window, and the shower doors wouldn’t stay shut, so we had to shower with them open. Calls to room service went unanswered, and when we finally reached the front desk, a young lady told us there was no room service even though the menu claimed there was, and instructed us to call 1107 on top of the menu. At the restaurant we waited 10–15 minutes without anyone taking our order, forcing us to Uber out, and the lack of microwaves or mini‑fridges made it absurd to call it a “restaurant.” I won’t recommend this hotel.

“Tolerable at best”

The toilet barely flushed, the shower was old and worn with low pressure, and the bed was uncomfortable.

I had an unplanned trip to Atlanta because a family member fell ill, so I stayed three nights, re‑checking in each day due to unclear plans; the same gentleman checked me in every night, asked how my relative was, and welcomed me warmly each time—thank you for the great hospitality.

“No Real Extras”

The room was very nice and welcoming, but I was disappointed there wasn’t a small fridge in the room. I had a small bag of food for my travels and had to throw it out. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee on arrival, but there wasn’t any in the lobby. There was coffee in the room, but I was hoping to save it for the morning.
