The location is good. The room size to price ratio… a smaller room is almost impossible! I expected USB sockets in a modern hotel.

“Very disappointing experience, confirmed booking not honoured”

I was extremely let down. I booked The Cloud One Düsseldorf-KöBogen and expected my confirmed reservation to stand. On arrival I was told the hotel was overbooked due to a “technical error” and that I would be moved to Motel One Düsseldorf-Hauptbahnhof. That undermines the whole point of booking a hotel in advance. When you pick a specific hotel, you’re paying for the room, the location, and the overall experience. The only compensation was a free drink, which felt inadequate given the hassle of relocating a confirmed guest on short notice. Overbooking can happen, but it shouldn’t fall on the guest. This incident has seriously shaken my trust in booking The Cloud One again.

The location is spot on, the rooftop is great, staff are friendly, though a bit slow. Rooms are tiny, yet the bed quality is excellent; if you plan a big shopping spree, bring a solid plan for the room.

“Parfait”

L'accueil , l'emplacement , la literie. Si il faut donner un côté négatif même si il n'y en a pas , une petite machine à café dans la chambre serait le top sinon rien de négatif tout est parfait
