The hotel doesn’t work.

The apartment had a iron and ironing board, dishes (plates, cups, cutlery, a vase for flowers), a working TV, and heated floors. The area was quiet, no noise at night. The app listed one address, but it was actually another, 15 minutes from the listed spot. It’s a pity no one warned us beforehand, we were told only an hour before check‑in. Many discrepancies: the app showed a bed, but in reality it was a broken sofa with spikes protruding; the app listed slippers but there were none. Also be prepared for no shampoo, soap, you’ll arrive from the road with nothing to wash your hands. The shelves were dirty, there was a clothes dryer in the room with freshly washed sheets from previous guests, when asked if anyone would clean it, I heard “what’s the point? It’ll dry, then you fold it.” The water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great. It was my birthday, winter, blizzard, and I had no time to find another room, but if I’d known what awaited me I’d probably have declined the booking.

Everything was fine overall; the apartment had no major complaints. The only small note is that the heated floor only warms specific spots rather than the whole area, which feels a bit odd. I’m not sure why that is, but I thought it worth mentioning. Otherwise, all was good.

All was fine overall. We checked in remotely and everything went smoothly. The apartment felt a bit cool at first, so we asked for a heater and they arranged it quickly. The location is great, everything nearby and convenient. The only slight disappointment was the neighbors smoking in the entrance; I understand that’s not the owners’ fault.
