The spot is really well‑located and the area is super quiet, but the bathroom had leaks, was filthy with dust everywhere, there were a lot of flies, and the fridge was stuffed with pillows on top.

The location is excellent and the neighborhood feels safe, yet the power went out the first night, and having hot water and cooking in the accommodation relies on just one power source; they might want to look into solar heaters or gas for the kitchen.

I needed an event just 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking away, so the location was spot‑on, but the toilet bowl is very low, overall cleanliness was lacking, a gas stove with four burners would be better than an electric grill, and we were left with barely any dish soap.
