I’d say the location was fairly central, but the overall dissatisfaction ruined the whole stay. The lady was kind, yet the accommodation was terrible: sheets were stained and full of hair, towels yellowed, heating was off. They left breakfast items that were expired except for the biscuits. In the bathroom there were soap bars that were clearly ancient and used shower gel. We unknowingly shared the apartment with an elderly lady—!!! The bathroom had no window and the ventilation was very noisy.

The spot was great for getting to the historic center, in a quiet area. We found parking (paid on weekdays) right under the building.

“I do not recomended on hot days”

Nothing! I looked for apartments with air conditioning, especially since it was 36 degrees outside. Instead of that, there was an old small fan! The listing clearly said it was available. There is no air conditioning (even though the booking states it is available!) and the owner stopped replying to my messages when I raised the issue that the apartment didn’t match the description. I tried contacting the owner several times with no result.

“Très bon emplacement et propriétaire très agréable”

The location was close to restaurants and the sea. The hosts organized our arrival perfectly and reassuringly. Many WhatsApp exchanges made key hand‑over easy, and they found solutions after our late arrival. Water and orange juice were provided in the fridge. A water damage incident in the bathroom ceiling with visible mold occurred. There was no trash bin in the accommodation. Breakfast was basic (pre‑wrapped cakes).

The bedding was good, the pillows too. The place was the right size for 1 or 2 nights. Many problems: no AC, just one aging fan with a broken cover in each room. The neighbor’s outdoor AC unit made a huge noise and was placed right under the room window. There was no hot water (though it was very hot outside, still). Hair was found in the shower, suggesting it wasn’t cleaned. No cutlery, no kettle or coffee maker. Breakfast was a vacuum‑sealed croissant and orange juice—no coffee or tea—very light. A lot of improvements needed; the place could be nice. Too bad.
