“Great views and nice staff, some investments needed in property and equipment.”
The peninsula location is scenic and offers variety with three beaches. The staff were very helpful and nice. The food was mostly good, though a bit repetitive. Some wear and tear in the property and equipment, cracked glass panes in the rails need replacement as a safety hazard for children. Our junior suite bathroom was small, dated, and impractical with almost no space for cosmetics or storage, and there were basically no towel hooks. Coffee from the automatic machines was mediocre at best, and the single semi‑manual coffee machine was in high demand and lacked capacity.
“Amazing view, clean hotel, could improve the food”
Amazing view, beautiful beaches, they upgraded our room, very clean, nice staff, and the cancellation was great! The food was not great, the shared bed was two single beds together, and getting around the hotel was complicated.
“Very relaxing”
The Peninsula turned out to be exactly what we were looking for to unwind completely. We stayed 7 nights and never left the resort. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and we were upgraded to a larger room, which we really appreciated. The pool area was excellent, offering something for everyone, and even though it was very busy, you could usually find a quiet corner. The food was plentiful and tasty, though the restaurant was always packed. I’d definitely suggest the Meremeti restaurant, which, unfortunately, is only open three nights a week. The evening entertainment, however, was a bit of a nuisance: a very loud French man performed right above our room until 11 pm. The resort is large, so expect a lot of people.
“Відмінно”
The hotel is very large. We stayed in a room in the central block, which was very convenient because the reception, restaurant, main pool, and stage were all nearby. The staff were very friendly, the cuisine was very tasty, not daily but there were seafood and often fresh grilled fish. Access to three beaches: two central and one private hotel beach with all free amenities. The hotel rooms and grounds were clean. After the storm there were jellyfish and some visitors were stung, but the reception offered help and took care of us, which was an exception.
Everything was great, a very nice experience.
