The location was great, with free Wi‑Fi and parking. It was a small house with a separate entrance, and any bathroom issues we had at first were fixed quickly and politely.

The service was excellent and the place is well‑situated. There’s a kitchen inside where you can cook, and even though the outside temperature dropped to minus 10, the interior stayed warm and comfortable. I’d highly recommend it.

“Private room + private bathroom”

The host was really nice and helped us hours before check‑in with laundry (+150c) and by locating the bus station; the eldest son spoke English well. Wi‑Fi was shaky. We stayed in a private room that had its own bathroom and kitchenette in a separate condo, and the large courtyard had a private entrance and drying racks. The room itself was spacious. However, the bathroom was in poor condition; the western toilet kept flushing because the button was a bit off, the power wasn’t grounded so you need to be careful with electronics, and the nails in the shower were electrically charged and would zap when you tried to lift the shower head. The only window was tiny, giving ventilation but no AC or draft options.

“posto economico vicino al centro città”

Il posto è molto vicino al centro, il figlio della proprietaria è molto socievole e parla inglese. La proprietaria ha chiesto più soldi (25€ anziché 12€) dicendo che il prezzo su booking fosse sbagliato. Dopo una settimana il prezzo è ancora sbagliato quindi credo sia un modo truffaldino di chiedere più soldi agli ospiti. Aggiornamento al 16.09: la proprietaria ha corretto il prezzo
