The location is great, the place is clean and modern, but it’s a bit noisy from the street.

“VERGOGNOSO”

Nothing good. The place was filthy, the bed was practically collapsed and uncomfortable, the sink was clogged, and the room was extremely noisy. The parking was also far from convenient. The worst was the complete lack of assistance. We repeatedly tried to contact the owner, sending several reminders, but never got any response or help. The mattress had no mattress protector. After reporting the issue, the “solution” was simply to put a second sheet on top of the mattress. That answer was absurd and made us feel mocked instead of heard as customers. The situation was so unpleasant that we had to leave, find another place at the last minute, and pay for a new stay. So, besides the inconvenience and lost time, we faced an extra expense to get proper accommodation. This is an experience that should never happen in a hospitality venue, especially when cleanliness, decent room conditions, and customer service should be the minimum. Terrible stay. We do not recommend it at all.

“Buena ubicación pero mucho ruido.”

The location is fantastic, right on the main pedestrian street next to the square. The noise from people is high because the windows aren’t well sound‑proofed. It’s a transit area due to the pedestrian zone, and street cleaning starts very early.
