Everything was good – the premises were clean, the room was spacious, the staff were very courteous, and the breakfast food was excellent. The only thing I’d mention is that the reception sits on the 2nd floor; otherwise, it was fine.

The toiletries were good quality and the personal care products were pleasant to use, but the air conditioning was inconsistent; sometimes the room was cold enough, but it would get warm, especially at night. Even on the 21st floor, traffic noise was noticeable, with modified vehicles passing by clearly audible from the room, which was disruptive while sleeping.

It really exceeded my expectations; the price compared to the room size and the service were perfect. The place was luxurious with a great location near Sunway Lagoon. Nothing negative.

Breakfast was excellent, yet the room wasn’t as clean as I’d like – there were hairs in the shower from the previous guest, and there was nowhere in the hotel that served decaf coffee.

Nothing positive. The hotel was not considerate toward people with health issues, and it simply couldn’t accommodate those with health problems.
