The location is good, but the food and staff behaviour were disappointing.
“Worst ever”
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff had me park my car in an open lot next to the hotel, assuring me it was safe, but unfortunately, my brand new Fortuner bumper got scratched overnight. The neighborhood and street were also a letdown - very narrow and not well-lit. To top it off, the instant geyser was ridiculously small, not fit for a proper shower, and I even missed out on breakfast.
Unfortunately, I couldn't form an opinion about this hotel in Bangalore as it requires an online deposit before checking in, which led to my two reservations being cancelled despite the fact that the tariff is managed by the hotel for payment upon checking in or directly at the time of reservation. This unusual policy left me disappointed.
