I stayed in an apartment that was cleaned and stocked with towels (including extras), plenty of toilet paper, plastic plates and cups, a coffee capsule, and more before I arrived. During my stay there was no housekeeping, trash wasn’t taken out, and towels or other supplies weren’t restocked. The building is new and a large unit was split into three apartments, so noisy neighbors could be an issue, but we didn’t experience that. There’s a nice little balcony and a fridge, but no cooking or heating facilities, which we didn’t need. The location is great: the metro station is a 5‑minute walk and the city center isn’t far. Across the street is a big supermarket with good prices. Breakfast is at a café about 150 m away, where you get a coffee or tea and a croissant. If you’re prepared for that, you’ll feel comfortable. Since our flight only departed in the evening, we were allowed to leave our luggage on the hallway after a quick check‑out. Communication with the owner was a bit clunky; even though they listed an email address, they insisted on sending information via WhatsApp, which made messages arrive slowly, but we eventually got everything on time. Storage space in both the room and the bathroom was somewhat limited.

Beautiful apartment for a few days in Catania, great location—walking distance to the historic center and close to the station if you plan to travel. Highly recommended.

The cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation were good, but the interaction with the host was let‑down. We were asked to pay extra after an incident, with unclear instructions and no prior notice of possible consequences. Future guests should double‑check and clarify all access details beforehand.

“Świetne miejsce”

The host was lovely, helpful with any questions and problems, and communication was good. The apartment’s location is safe, with restaurants and shops nearby, and close to main sights. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped as described. The price was great for such a room. The balcony was not very private, but we didn’t use it.
