The location is very good, just a short walk from the metro, and the staff were helpful. The room is small and lacks space for large bags, especially if you’re sharing it with others.

The building feels welcoming and clean. The staff are rude, particularly one receptionist who insulted customers, including me, and they don’t fix broken items. The shower glass was shattered in the bathroom, posing a risk of falling and injury. This place has no idea about safety. I don’t recommend it.

Close to the metro, the beds and sheets surprised me—very good—and the hostel was well organized, I liked it.

The room was very comfortable, and public transport links are excellent. There was little kitchen equipment, and sometimes people were a bit noisy.

The hostel sits in a great spot and offers good value for money; the price is reasonable for the location, and the kitchen is convenient to use. Overall it’s a solid choice for budget travelers in Milan. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the bunk beds were noisier than those in other Milan hostels. I asked for a lower bunk but none were available. It was my first time on a top bunk, and it felt uncomfortable and hard to get down, especially when the person below was still in bed. The bath towels felt more like beach towels than standard bath towels. There’s a €4 rental fee for a towel, and you get €2 back when you return it at checkout. My stay was fine because the location was my priority. It’s one of the few hostel options near Milano Centrale, so if you need to stay close to the train station, it’s a reasonable pick, but cleanliness, bunk comfort, and towel quality could use improvement.
