Breakfast was at 8:30 am, but there was almost nothing to eat and they stopped refilling it, leaving us an hour early, which we didn’t like at all; the reception service at check‑in and check‑out was also somewhat poor, so I won’t return.

The staff were friendly, the location convenient, and breakfast was good; however, the cleanliness was not excellent, mainly because smoking is allowed in the room, so the corridors and rooms carry that typical smoky odor.

The breakfast was decent. The location is quite far from the train station, and with large luggage it’s hard to get around. It isn’t the best choice for families.

The room was very efficient, the bed comfortable, and all the necessary equipment was there. Breakfast was good, with dishes we don’t usually see in Europe. The location is great for easy access to all parts of Tokyo.
