Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful; the hotel itself is simple yet fully equipped and very cozy. It sits right where you can reach the Plataforma de Gredos parking in 10 km. The staff at the nearby restaurant were also very nice, and the food was superb. Hoyos del Espino, the local village, is a small, gorgeous, and very quiet spot.

It’s perfect for hiking routes, but there was no bar service because it was closed.
