I liked that the hotel was clean and open 24/7, so you can always get service; the staff were very friendly and nice. The location is right in the centre of Bergedorf, but the hotel offers no parking, making it hard to find a spot and you have to search for a long time. Worse, our car was towed.

We picked this hotel because we had to catch a train. The room was clean and comfortable, and the automated check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. The room felt a bit cramped, though.

The hotel is new, clean, and among the best in the area I know in Bergedorf; it’s just a place to sleep, right in front of the train station. The staff barely speak English and don’t help much; check‑in is automatic, and if you want housekeeping you must ask; parking is public.

Es war solide. Parkmöglichkeiten zum Ein- und Ausschecken. Man riskiert schon mal ein "Knöllchen". Möglich wie in anderen Städten: "Brötchenparkplatz"
