Everything was excellent, but when my partner and I left in the morning and returned at 12:00 the room hadn't been cleaned; after we left again and came back at 15:00 it was still dirty even though we had put a sign asking for cleaning. When we left again in the afternoon we asked reception to clean it, and by the time we got back at night only the bed was made. I guess the cleaning staff got upset by the direct request from reception, but these things should be done early 😬

The location is fine, but the room quality does not match the price.

Because of a mistake we ended up with two bookings and the hotel never refunded one of them, so we paid double; this had happened at another hotel where we did get a refund, but not here, and a brand that calls itself a “big chain” won’t get my business again.
