Finding the place was easy. However, there were smokers just outside the upstairs area and the smoke drifted down. Highway noise was noticeable. There was no ice machine or bucket. The bathroom window’s sliding part was upside down, so the window couldn’t be closed. The air‑conditioner/heater was mounted high on the wall; the only way to see its controls was to stand on a chair. The remote for the AC seemed to not work. Since the room only had a quilt and a sheet, I set the temperature to 68°F when going to bed, didn’t hear it turn on all night, and it was completely off in the morning. Curtain rods were used as towel rods on the wall. The refrigerator was unplugged.
