It’s a ryokan where you can experience Japanese culture, and they offer free green tea and coffee, so I had a comfortable time. When I forgot my phone charger and asked, they lent me one, which felt very home‑like. The breakfast was generous and tasty.

The host is super nice and helped me book a table at the izakaya. Breakfast is superb, and the place is a 5‑7 minute walk from Nabari station.

The accommodation is very close to the station yet still in a very quiet residential area. The house is very welcoming and clean. The hosts serve excellent homemade food, which was an absolute highlight. We slept on traditional floor mats, and nothing was missing. It was very comfortable. We didn’t stay longer.

This small ryokan in Nabari offers great value with both breakfast and dinner included. The food was very filling. The onsen was just off the shared bathroom and wasn’t great, but because few people stayed there, we had the bathroom to ourselves and could lock the door while using it. The staff were friendly, spoke decent English, and were very helpful. We stayed to do the Akame 48 waterfalls, a perfect four‑hour hike. Nabari itself wasn’t very interesting, but having meals at the hotel was great. If dinner isn’t already included, arrange it beforehand by message. It wasn’t expensive and the portions were almost too much. The bed is a tatami on the floor, which is much firmer than a regular bed and took some getting used to. Overall, this hotel gave a real taste of Japanese travel—nothing fancy, but everything needed.
