Everything was excellent. Checking in was straightforward, the location is superb, close to the metro and surrounded by many restaurants. The room was new, well maintained, spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. There was also a small balcony. I’d definitely stay there again. The room included a hairdryer, a small fridge, a coffee machine, and a kettle.

The spot is great, just a few steps from the Cipro metro stop and a handful of minutes to the historic center. The neighborhood feels residential and calm, with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The room is modernly furnished and comes with everything you need, even a small kitchenette. The building and common areas aren’t brand‑new though.

The accommodation sits in a very quiet, pleasant area with a completely local vibe, far from tourist bustle, which we really appreciated. The metro station is less than 10 minutes on foot, making city travel very convenient. Overall, the stay was good and the apartment met our needs, as we mainly used it for sleeping. The host was attentive and checked in on how our stay was going. What disappointed us most was that the room didn’t match the photos we saw when booking. We had reserved a Deluxe room expecting a conventional double bed, but it turned out to be a spring sofa bed, quite uncomfortable, especially for my mother who was traveling with me. Knowing this, we might have chosen a different option. Also, the room wasn’t the one we originally thought we had booked, which caused some confusion. Another area for improvement was the check‑in. We had told the host our approximate arrival time and arrived after the official check‑in time, yet the room was still not ready. They let us drop off our luggage and leave while they finished the room, which we appreciated, but after the trip we would have liked to settle in and rest before heading out again. Maintenance details included a clogged bathroom sink that took a long time to drain and a shower with somewhat low pressure. All in all, it was a decent stay. With a more accurate room description, better check‑in prep, and a few minor maintenance fixes, the experience could improve significantly.
