The location was fine, but the room was old, the bed was old, and there was zero upkeep.

Great location, the hotel is very good with its amenities, and the apartment rental cost was reasonable. The apartment suffered from lack of maintenance and upkeep: dirty walls, loose shower door, loose security latch on the entry door, entry door hard to close from the outside, missing outlet cover in the living room, and a non‑functional outlet.

The spot is great, right in the city, and the building actually has flats inside. A few maintenance issues popped up, and they handed us a big water bottle as a freebie, but it was empty.

The place is roomy with a fridge and microwave, but since it’s a rental flat, it felt a touch neglected: two light bulbs were dead, the walls had minor scratches, and there was no outlet-mounted mirror.
