I needed a place fast in Žatec, so I called the number and the friendly owner swung by right away to hand over the keys. The apartment was roomy, modern, spotless, with hot water and working Wi‑Fi. Parking was on the courtyard and the night was almost silent even with the window open. A few steps away is a brewery and a microbrewery, so you’re close to the local buzz.

Stayed in the center with friendly staff. The bathroom and kitchenette were clean and lovely. The problem was that the second bedroom wasn’t really a bedroom—it was just a cramped attic space with two beds, even though I had booked a two‑bedroom apartment.

Breakfast was good to very good, but you have to pay an extra €8 per person. The place feels fresh and urban, and the location is great—just a short walk to the Hopfenmuseum and Hopfenleuchtturm, and about ten minutes to the old town. The only downside was that the doors in the building are pretty loud, though that’s probably also because of the other guests.
