We had to pay for 10 people, but we were 9, no one was on the spot, and the phone told us that we are 10. But we were 9.

The place was good for its cost. Parking was spacious. The hotel is on the 4th floor accessed by stairs. Rooms were average to low‑average; some were better, some were okay. The sheets and towels were clean white, and soap and shampoo were in dispensers. The kitchen was dormitory‑style for all guests, with utensils. The room had a refrigerator and a kettle, but no cups (you have to take them from the kitchen). For that price you can’t ask for more, it’s almost a steal. Some cosmetic renovation would help because of natural wear and tear. The shampoo dispenser contains a men’s aroma shampoo, which isn’t very convenient if you’re a woman (unless you like smelling like a fresh guy from the gym). The refrigerator was unplugged (warm), so it’s unclear how much they save on electricity with that. The pillow is a bit too thick (big height) but that’s a personal preference.
