The bathroom was acceptable and the hotel was close to the activities I had planned, but the air‑conditioning failed when we arrived and I had to call the front desk for a technician. The room didn’t come with tissue boxes, and a big spiderweb hung just above the left side of the A/C unit. Breakfast fell short; even though I arrived an hour before closing, most items were empty and restocking was slow, so I had to keep asking staff to refill what ran out.
