The hotel itself was great, but the layout was a bit confusing - we had to go to a separate building for meals, which wasn't ideal. However, the rooms were fantastic, with an amazing view from the window. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the need to trek to another building for food was a bit of a hassle.

This hotel is perfect for families who want a relaxing getaway. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, and the property is huge with a beautiful beach location. I'd recommend staying in the main building during winter as the restaurant is there and it's not the most pleasant walk from the Theodore building in the rain. However, the Theodore building's lobby could use a bit of a facelift.

The hotel's got a great vibe, with plenty of activities to keep you entertained, especially during peak season. The food's also top-notch, with a good selection to choose from. My only gripe is that the music in the public spaces could be a bit more varied - it gets a bit repetitive after a while. Overall, it's a solid choice, but don't expect to be wowed by the tunes.

The hotel's cleanliness was a letdown, especially when it came to getting fresh towels. I'd have liked to get a clean towel right away, not wait till the next day. It's a real hassle, especially during the summer when some people are heading out to the beach as early as 7 am. I also had to ask for a duvet cover, which was a bit inconvenient. Using a sheet instead of a duvet just didn't feel right to me.

The hotel's friendly staff made a big difference in my stay - they were always willing to lend a hand and made me feel welcome. The facilities were also top-notch, with everything from the lobby to the rooms looking clean and well-maintained. However, I did find it a bit tricky to communicate with some of the staff, especially when I didn't speak the same language. Still, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff made up for any minor issues.
