“Gentilezza e disponibilità non comuni”
We stayed here during the Ferragosto week, and the kindness and readiness of Emanuela and her sister (whose name I can’t recall, sorry) were priceless. Whenever we needed anything, Emanuela was always ready to help and offer solid solutions. I’d return just to see them again and finally enjoy a proper vacation. They advised us on where to eat, what to see, and it was pleasant to chat with them over breakfast. You feel at home, like friends. I could have given 9 because of the bathroom, but I gave the full score anyway. Finding people like them is rare; they truly helped us a lot and I’m grateful. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade pastries, yogurt, artisanal jams, drinks, and various juices. The B&B is in a restored historic building, very beautiful, with only one staircase to reach the floor where the rooms are, so watch out if you have mobility issues. It’s in the center, where summer festivals and parties happen. You don’t even need a car; you can walk and everything is within a few steps. Parking is free on the adjacent main street. The sea isn’t far, and the road is very convenient; in 10 minutes or so you reach Marina di Chieuti beach. At night there’s a nice gentle breeze. Warm greetings from Patrizia and Pietro. The only flaw I could find was the bathroom. The shower is small with a curtain, so it sticks to you while washing, and the sink near the wall makes it a bit hard to move around, especially for my husband who is “tall and big.” Given the large room size, I’m sure they would have enlarged the bathroom if it were possible during the renovation, but structural problems prevented it.
