The location was convenient for services, but we struggled to find it. The map pointed to the wrong street upstairs; the real spot was better. We located it by searching the name on maps, and a front‑view photo would have helped.

The place was well‑located and clean, but the front desk staff were not welcoming at all, seemed indifferent, and we felt like we were bothering them.

They gave us a room that wasn't right, those red bricks were depressing, there was no fan, it was very hot, and at night we couldn't sleep because all the light came in through the window.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly.
