The location was good, and luggage storage was available. There were no glasses, no cleaning, and the smell was not good (stale). It was okay for sleeping but not cozy, and the value for money did not match.
The place sits right in the heart of the city and the area is quiet. The interior is nicely furnished and spotless, and the staff is always ready to help. They even let you leave your luggage there after check‑out, which is a huge convenience in Venice with all its bridges and steps. The only downside I noticed in my room was the bidet, which seemed about half the size of a normal one, though it was still usable.
The central spot was very convenient. Check‑in was smooth and the owner’s communication was quick and excellent. The mattress was comfortable. The cleaning was rough and needs improvement. There were no extra services, not even a paid coffee option. The room had a sharp damp smell, and the bidet was unusable because of the limited space.
“Great location to stay in Venice.”
The spot in Venice is spot on, and the host was super friendly and handy with all the local tips.
“Gute Lage. Aufenthalt war ok.”
The location was great and the communication was solid. I would have liked the accommodation a bit cleaner, and it would have helped to know that the shower is in the bedroom. The cleanliness could have been better.
