The room was in great condition, and the receptionist was very kind and gentle. There were absolutely no negatives.

The location was good, but the cleanliness was lacking.

Nothing was good; the place was dirty. The photos didn’t match the reality. There were no pillowcases, trash was in the unit, and we only had two towels and two washcloths. We didn’t even stay; we checked out an hour after arrival and paid the full amount.

The hotel was close to where we were staying, but it smelled bad, had dog food on the ground and dirt on the floor, so it was clear they didn’t vacuum or clean. The bed even had hair in it!

I was welcomed warmly by the front desk staff.
