After a rough drive we got there at eight, and Ronaldo welcomed us with great kindness; we were settled quickly and our pre‑arranged dinner arrived in a beautiful dining room. The entire décor is stunning, and the lovely room was comfortable. One improvement would be a shelf in the bathroom to hold toiletries.

The facility was very neat and tidy, and the dining area was especially impressive. The shower in our unit, room 2, was not up to standard: the floor sloped and the tile was slippery, making a fall potentially dangerous.

Communication before arrival was great, the off‑street parking was safe, and Rinaldo was there to check us in and help us pre‑order dinner. The meal was delicious thanks to chef Shandre, and the room was warm, cosy and clean.
